With over two decades of financial leadership experience as a CFO and holding global directorships, Rosemarie brings unrivalled business expertise to recruitment. By cultivating partnerships with clients and candidates alike, she balances organisational priorities with individual growth opportunities.  

 

Drawing from her own career progression, she mentors candidates by connecting them with tailored opportunities to leverage their individual skills.  

 

Having led successful businesses and global teams with an in-depth understanding of all business functions, including finance, legal and compliance, commercial operations, sales, procurement, HR, and IT, she utilises this experience to advise clients on targeted talent acquisition that drives financial performance and growth strategies.
